Adenike serves as Director, Technology Implementations and leads all facets of implementation for our HBCU and MSI partners at Partnership for Education Advancement. Adenike has over 20 years in higher education with a focus on ERP, SIS, and CRM technology implementations, operational effectiveness, and data analysis.
Adenike got her start in Higher Education as Assistant Director of Information Systems at Hofstra University where she was instrumental in launching Banner for Financial Aid and automating reports and the ingestion of FAFSA EDE files. Most recently as Associate Director for Enrollment Management Systems Operations at Spelman College she oversaw and managed Slate by Technolutions. She also served as project manager for NextGen JobX, Handshake, and Social Intents Chatbot implementations. Known as a champion for data she served as a co-chair on the Data Governance Council and led the GDPR Committee. Adenike has also received recognition for serving on the Process Mapping Committee for organizing and documenting processes across all six departments in Enrollment Management. Adenike is a proud native New Yorker and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Labor Relations.
