Charlene Cooper

Charlene Cooper works with Ed Advancement’s investment committee to review business cases for new and continuing investments to ensure alignment between assessment, development and implementation of solutions. Charlene has worked as a strategic enrollment management leader at public and private colleges, including HBCUs for 15 years. Prior to joining Ed Advancement, she served as the Director of Recruitment and Enrollment Solutions for College Board, where she helped colleges and universities meet their recruitment and enrollment needs. She has a passion for removing barriers that prevent students from going to college and succeeding, and thus developed a knack for enhancing business processes. Charlene earned her bachelor’s in sociology from the University of Maryland and a master’s in Management from the University of Maryland, University College.
