The Department of Education has identified Ed Advancement as a core partner for their FAFSA College Support Strategy to provide additional capacity to HBCUs to process financial aid awards as quickly as possible.
Our team’s extensive expertise in financial aid, higher education operations, and enrollment management enabled us to identify points of risk quickly and to develop an offering for our HBCU Transformation Project partner institutions. The Department of Education subsequently asked us to extend to a broader set of HBCUs. As of June, we have worked with more than 60 colleges across the country.
Ed Advancement has been providing additional staffing, leadership level consulting, staff training, and technical assistance with configuring student information systems to manage the new FAFSA data– helping institutions to package awards on a compressed timeline.
