Amanda Schaffer, Ed.S.

Associate Director, Partnership Engagement and Program Development

Prior to joining Ed Advancement, Amanda served over 11 years at higher education institutions, most recently as the Assistant Dean of Enrollment at a small, private, diverse, liberal arts institution near Cleveland, Ohio. During her tenure, she developed programs that enhanced the enrollment function including the creation of online orientation modules, assisting in a comprehensive first-year experience, formation of a grant-funded persistence support for sophomore students, and led the implementation of Slate CRM. She is currently completing her doctorate in higher education leadership.
