As a partnership associate for Ed Advancement, Dwight Doughty oversees projects, relationships, and other program elements to advance the organization’s support of partner HBCUs. Dwight has over 10 years of experience in enrollment management, student success, and championing diversity and inclusion. Before Ed Advancement, Dwight was integral as associate director of international affairs at The University of Alabama, where he led F1 student compliance and international programming. Dwight also served at Mississippi University for Women as assistant director for admissions. He co-led enrollment management and chartered the university’s inaugural faculty and staff diversity, equity, and inclusion committee. Providing opportunities for students is paramount for Doughty. He holds a B.S. degree from the Mississippi University for Women and an M.Ed. from the University of South Alabama.
