Lesley leads our project operations focusing on streamlining processes, metrics reporting, and developing a change management strategy.
Prior to joining Ed Advancement, she was the Director of Change Management & Training for Student Registration & Financial Services at the University of Pennsylvania. She managed the opening of a student service center, migration to a new student employment management system, and served as the PM for change management during implementation of the university’s student information system. Her 19-year career in higher education has also included roles in enrollment management at Rutgers University – Camden and Camden County College. At Rutgers, she launched the university’s first student services contact center streamlining the way students connected to admissions, financial aid, registrar and student accounts.
Lesley is a PMP certified project manager and holds a MS is Organizational Development & Leadership from St. Joseph’s University. In her spare time, she enjoys running, taking spin classes and spending time with her husband and three daughters.
