Monica Ballinas supports Ed Advancement’s work through data, research, and analysis. Prior to joining Ed Advancement Monica worked in the financial sector in various roles leading analytical and statistical work. She also was an analyst intern at The Education Partners where she assisted in an evaluation project focused on teacher feedback and improving school systems. Monica is a proud first-generation college graduate of Baruch College (B.A., M.S.). She is especially thrilled to be at Ed Advancement for its commitment to helping institutions make an impact for low-income students.
