Robin is a nationally recognized expert in assessing the administrative capability of colleges and universities and has extensive experience managing critical leadership and governance relationships within the higher education sector, including HBCUs. Most recently, Robin held numerous leadership positions within the US Department of Education including chief Compliance Officer, Deputy Chief Operating Officer and interim Chief Operating Officer. Prior to USDE, Robin worked in higher education both on campus and for the private sector. She coordinates all multi-functional school engagements and manages institutional relationships. Robin is a graduate of Virginia State University, the first fully state supported four-year higher education institution for Black Americans.
