Shawnike Harden leads our human resources department focusing on strategic objectives that will aid Ed Advancement through its growth and guide staff engagement.
Prior to joining Ed Advancement, Shawnike served as senior human resources manager for the Democratic Attorneys General Association. Native to New York, Shawnike has over ten years of experience managing the HR function in both the non-profit and private sector.
