Tonia provides essential support to Ed Advancement’s Senior Vice Presidents, overseeing a spectrum of administrative, business, and executive functions for the engagement, technology, and strategy teams.
With seven years of distinguished experience in operations, she has a proven track record of efficiency, effectiveness, and strategic success. Before joining Ed Advancement, Tonia served as the Finance & Operations Manager at Young Invincibles, where she managed day-to-day financial activities tied to a $7.4 million budget. Her extensive background also includes roles at the College Board, encompassing office management, employee onboarding, strategic initiatives, and government relations and advocacy.
A proud alumna of the University of Maryland Eastern Shore, Tonia earned her B.A. in English Language and Literature.
