Director, Partnership Engagement and Program Development

Vikki leads overall coordination and delivery of services for our HBCU partner institutions, including engaging in school assessments, goal setting, and strategic planning. Prior to joining Ed Advancement, Vikki served as Director of the University of Cincinnati’s Enrollment Management One Stop Student Service Center. From technical integrations to improve efficiency to launching a financial literacy program, Vikki established a standard of high-quality service for students during her seven-year tenure. She has extensive higher education experience in financial aid, retention, student success, operations, and compliance in both public and private universities. Vikki is the beneficiary of two HBCU educations having attended both Spelman and Howard University.
