Bill runs day-to-day operations, provides oversight for key programs, and manages administration and development of cooperative relationships. Before joining Ed Advancement, Bill worked in the U.S. Department of Education in Federal Student Aid (FSA) for fifteen years in several roles. As Chief Business Operations Officer, Bill was responsible for the overall operations of all Title IV programs and directly oversaw the origination, disbursement, and reconciliation of approximately $125 billion in student financial aid annually. He managed a $900 million budget and dozens of major contracts and vendors. Prior to FSA, Bill was Assistant VP and Director of Financial Aid at University of Maryland.
