Cecilia Marshall

Director of Technology Strategy

Cecilia oversees and innovates technology strategy for Ed Advancement and the organization’s partner institutions. Cecilia has held senior leadership roles in educational technology, philanthropy, communications, and marketing in her career. As Managing Director of Scholarships and Programs at APIA Scholars she oversaw the Gates Millennium Scholars/APIA program. At the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation, Cecilia was the Director of Strategic Initiatives where she was responsible for executing a diverse portfolio of college access and success projects in service to the foundation’s scholars and high achieving, low-income students across the nation. Prior to joining Ed Advancement, she was the Vice President of Program Development and Strategy at the Jackie Robinson Foundation, responsible for strategic planning of the Foundation’s 47-year-old college scholarship program and for the launch of JRF’s scaling initiative, JRF Impact.
