Zalika Coleman

Zalika Coleman coordinates engagement with various stakeholders in the office of the managing director to help advance the mission of the Ed Advancement. She has an extensive background in administrative support, social justice, youth development and social work. Prior to joining Ed Advancement, Zalika supported executive and senior level associates at The Riverside Church, NIKE, The Global Youth Leadership Network and The Fort Washington Collegiate Church. One of Zalika’s proudest support roles came when she served as the executive administrator to the CEO, COO, and Executive Vice President at the Student Leadership Network, a group that empowers a diverse pipeline of young people from low-income communities to access educational opportunities. Zalika is deeply committed to advocacy and mentorship. In her spare time, she leads a youth fellowship group at her church, and previously served as a foster care social worker.
