Our team is a diverse group of highly experienced professionals with wide-ranging expertise in student recruitment, enrollment, academic success, edtech, risk management, administration, and operations. The majority of our staff are professionals of color—with many earning degrees from HBCUs—and half of our team members were the first in their families to graduate from college. We believe this combination of lived experiences, both personal and professional, affords a unique perspective from which to approach our work.
Our advisory board includes nationally recognized leaders with demonstrated success in increasing access to higher education for underrepresented students. Their unique perspectives on a vast scope of higher education issues helps them to not only keep their finger on the pulse of current trends, but also to guide the industry forward in innovative ways.
